hi my wife and i have been fans of the andy griffith show for about 20

plus we try to collect all the shows. we have seasons 1-2 so far but
hope to get the rest. we both are blind but have no problum following

I am Christy, mom of 5, and TAGS fan since I was a small child. My
grandma and I used to watch TAGS often when I was on school break.
Those are fond memories! My husband and I are raising our children with
many values that have a common theme with those of TAGS (which sadly we
get critcized for as being too old fashioned and trying to live in the
past). My all time favorite episode is the pickle episode. I have yet to
can my own pickles because my kind husband would tell me he likes them
no matter what! Anyhow, nice to meet you all and looking forward to some

I am a critical care nurse at Marion General Hospital. I'm married to a
great guy named Paul. I have a daughter and a step-daughter and
step-son. I have fond memories of watching the Andy Griffith Show as I

daughter and I would watch the reruns as she was growing up. She still
likes to watch the show, and in fact we have the complete set. There's
just something about watching The Andy Griffith show that is so

I've been watching TAGS since the getgo and all of my descendants are
avid fans also. It's therapedic. I've been to Mayberry Days 4 times
and to several other cast reunions. I'm a middle class white Southern
Baptist woman from Texas and proud of it. How I vote, however, is my
business.
I've been married 47 years to the same good old boy and dye my roots
(brunette from a bottle). I've shot skeet and varmints and played
bluegrass music. I fish and camp. The Dillards picked music in my
home in 1969.
I've kissed Denver Pyle on the cheek when he was grand marshal of the
Founders Day parade in Waxahachie Texas a number of years back. He
enjoyed it and his lovely wife Tippy didn't seem to mind.
My 11 year old cats are named after the Fun Girls from Mt. PIlot -
Skippy and Daphne

I was raised in Tennessee almost 50 years ago where the Andy Griffith
