Since Barney and the Governor is episode number #76, Andy is right about not
lying regarding the Cave Rescue, as that is episode #109. But you're right
about the Choir episode #52, coming before the Governor's car episode.
Although, as far as Barney not knowing Andy lied, he would believe Andy. Barney
did not know about the microphone being off. Now...the biggest lie was when he
claimed there was a robbery at Walker's Drug Store, episode #9. Andy definitely
lied to Barney about that and Ellie backed him up. I don't recall any time that
Andy lied to Barney and then later expained to Barney of and why he lied so
Barney believe him.
