While I don't live in my hometown anymore, I do live in the state. I moved from
being a little fish in a little town in Ft. Walton Beach (Northwest Florida
between Pensacola and Panama City) to being another little fish in a little
town in NJ. 5 years of cold and too much snow I moved back home and then
shortly after moved to Clearwater. Been here since 1981 so it's basically my
hometown two (like sequals - II). When I left Florida my daddy hugged me and
said, "Sugar, you got sand in your shoes and you ain't never gonna get it out."
He was right. They say you can't go home, but going to Mt. Airy for Mayberry
Days is like grabbing a piece of history, hometown and friendship all in one
package. And I wouldn't have it any other way.

Hometowns rule, pleasant memories rule, happy reunions rule and long live them
all.......I think Calvin Coolidge said that.

Harriet, the chicken thief
......"Johnny Paul Jason says chewing tar is good for your teeth"..."That's an
old wives tale"...."Johnny Paul ain't married"........
