Durable cloth dish towels and glass preserve jars w/scratched lids, quarts of oil and fan belts from Wally's Fillin' Station, cases of lima beans from Foley's, never did bring oohs and ahhs when being opened but the joy of giving them to friends was all that mattered. This year I plan on doing loads of shopping at Bert Miller's Stand. Not only can I find such wonderful gifts like, desk top drinking birds, oven mitts, aprons, barn thermometers, shoe laces, and sink sponges...
