I finally have DSL instead of dial-up
o I can see all the cards now.
I can just imagine today's version of "Man in a Hurry," where Malcolm Tukcer
needs to get to his email, and he can't get online because the dial up
connection is overloaded and slow.
"You people are living in another world. Don't you realize there are DSL
connections now? Satellite dishes and direct TV? Men are "skyping" events they
can't attend, and here, the whole world stands still because of somebody's dial
up connection...."
I must confess to only getting rid of my dial up connection this year too.....
