Probably not, since the exterior of the Rimshaw place was on its way out by the time the "Happy Days" episode was filmed, and that was more than ten years later in front of a live audience in a different studio lot (Paramount). It probably *was*, however, the same idea, as writers from TAGS and HD rubbed elbows in the Danny Thomas universe.
