Bob, In regards to Maude's shoes. My 80 year old grandmother wore shoes like
those in the 60's and early 70's. Hers were lace up orthopedic shoes and she
wore them everywhere, even on picnics. Maybe Maude, aka Ralph Henderson, had
trouble with her feet and those were the only shoes she could dance in. You
have to have the right shoes to go to the land of rhythm and pleasure.
