I fondly recall meeting Aunt Bee back in the late 60's.Some ladies civic club invited her to speak.It was in my high school auditorium.As best as I can remember,quite a few people turned out for the event.I have heard and read that she could be rather testy at times, but on this occasion,I witnessed a very gracious,cordial guest.
