I think Floyd had a number of options as far as where he got his hair cut. a. He could have gone to Mt. Pilot. b. I am sure Orville Monroe had someone who helped him do hair for his clients. 3. He could have gone to the beauty parlor where Aunt Bee had her hair done. c. Aunt Bee may have even cut it as she told Opie she knew how to cut hair. d. He didn't need haircuts as he wore a rug like Mr. Schwamp did. ( Probably made of Chinese hair)
