I had another sidecar siting. This is the second in a couple of months, and more than I've ever seen prevously in my 21+ years. This cycle was being driven by a gray haired gentleman who was not in a deputy uniform. I wondered if it was one of those wisenheimers who'd previously pranked Barney. Maybe instead of only unhooking the sidecar, he was moving the entire cycle and replacing it with a horse.
