If my mind didn't fail me, I do believe that Charlene's Wedding Dress was her mothers. I remember Briscoe saying to Charlene that she looked as pretty as your Ma did when she got married in that dress. I beg to differ that it was Charlene's mothers dress, but Barney did wear it too!
