Awhile back,quite a few members,myself included,sent in their favorite
character quote(s).The response
was outstanding.I now propose another venue to express our "favorite".
As opposed to a favorite quote,how about a favorite video clip sans dialogue?It
can be a still shot,or a
five to ten second scene.I will start the proverbial ball rolling:"Barney's
Sidecar" episode.Barney takes off
and Andy is left stranded in the unhitched sidecar.Some of the old wisenheimers
are doubling over in
unbridled laughter,while others are slapping their knee.But my favorite is when
one of them falls back on
the bench and starts laughing uncontrolably.I can be having a bad moment,stop
and see those few
seconds in my mind,and suddenly,all is right with the world.Absolutely the
funniest few seconds ever
captured on film.
I am confident others of you have a favorite scene where no one is delivering a
script line.Bust a gussett
and let us know.
