The Surry Arts Council is pleased to announce that Bruce Bilson will be attending Mayberry Days this year. Mr. Bilson was the Assistant Director on The Andy Griffith Show for 56 episodes (1960-62) and has had a storied career in television. He will be interviewed during Professor Brower's Lecture on Saturday afternoon and discuss how The Andy Griffith Show was produced and what it took to film the show and get it on the air every week. Certainly a treat to those of us who enjoy learning more about our favorite show. Tickets for the Lecture and all other shows are available online at the SAC website.
