Hey, Mayberry friends. In reference to Andy passing on the "snails" and later saying "I'll try anything once" about the escargot. When Andy went out with Peggy it was in black and white. With Darlene Mason, it was in color. Escargot probably looks better in color, I don't know, just bucket thinkin'.
I love oysters but they don't look good in color or B&W. Andy said he's stepped on a few snails, but I'll bet he never stepped on an oyster. BTW, Ruta Lee played Darlene Mason. She also played as a date for Mr. Furley on "Threes Company" years later.
