My mother's maiden name was Jensen. Of course the person named Jensen on TAGS
was the cow thief, Luke Jensen. They got close to my name with Steve QUINCY.
Just missed it by one letter.
Now a trivia question that I thought of while mowing today.
If Aunt Bea really was Andy's Aunt, then Ollie and Nora's boys were Andy's
first cousins. They would have been Opie's second cousin, or first cousin once
removed, (depending on how you count it).
However there was only one time where one of Opie's first cousins appeared on
the show. Who was that first cousin?
This is a really tough question so I will give you a couple of hints. Opie's
first cousin only appeared in one episode, but they were featured promoniately
in the episode. It was one of the color episodes. Think of the famous old
song by Homer and Jethro, "I'm My Own Grandpa".
Orville Hendricks - Peddling Butter and Eggs. Evan has a lot of cousins. All
of my brothers and sisters have many childdren.
