I received another request for a Mayberry appearance. We have a very nice family oriented coffee house in town called "The Living Room". They are trying to create a Mayberry family atmosphere and are doing a great job. I did a bible study at the owner's church a while back. On July 16 they are having a young singer from Nashville doing an outside concert and they asked if I would come in uniform and with the squad car to just greet and meet people and chat about Mayberry. They will set up a booth where I can display some of my collectibles and also sell books. That should be an interesting and fun time.
