I was just wondering the other day when a saw a little boy in Wal-mart who had drifted away from his mother..Of course she was very close by but he was nearly at the other end of the aisle.. that got me thinking about little Leon, the peanut butter and jelly eating boy on TAGS Where was his parents or guardian. He seemed to have the run of the town and not even Andy or Barney paid much attention to him being out by himself Even back in the 60's if a 4 year old boy was allowed to roam the streets somebody would be answering to the legal authorities and probably either get a heavy fine, end up in jail, or lose the child...Where was Leon's parents..and why didn't Andy show some concern...
