Here is something for everyone to wonder what causes it......other then Gomer
mentioning he wanted a tattoo of an eagle and under it, he'd have "Mother"
printed, I can't recall anyone in Mayberry sporting a tat. Hmmm, did young
Dempsey have one? Or his agent/trainer? Someone will probably post that a lug
like maybe Clyde Plunt might have had one. Maybe one of Bobby Fleet's members.
So, here's a question - If anyone in Mayberry would have a tattoo, who would
that be and what would it be? I image Barney having one on his chest or arm
of a bullet and the words "Pistal Packing" or "Dead Eye Dickey". And if anyone
in Mayberry would open a tattoo business, who would that be? I propose Malcolm
Merriwether returns to Mayberry, opens a tattoo parlor and offers boxing
lessons, called "Friday Night Spars".
