Andy never appeared in an episode of I LOVE LUCY (1951 - 1957). He did guest star on one episode of her third sitcom, HERE'S LUCY (1968 - 1974). "Lucy and Andy Griffith" is in the show's 6th season; it's expected to be released on DVD in mid or late 2012.
Don Knotts also apeared on HERE'S LUCY, in the 5th season's "Lucy Goes on Her Last Blind Date." That episode is on a "Best of HERE'S LUCY" DVD that came out recently; the entire 5th season is tentatively scheduled for early 2012.
