Harriet, not sure if Andy would have hung those white sidewall tires from a
tree. Seems to me the only thing he hangs from trees is a dead carp.
Speaking about carps, there was a picture in my hometown paper today of a man
and the 42 pound Buffalo Carp that he shot with his bow. I
wonder if a Buffalo Carp is any kin to the Buffalo Tuckers. Some of you novice
fans may have to think about that one for a spell. I just received a call
tonight that I won another first place plaque in a recent parade. Folks out
there sure do love Mayberry. I took the squad car to work today as I don't
have many days left before I have to put it into storage until April. Manager
of the store told me he noticed lots of people during the day taking pictures
of it. Tomorrow I am doing a 90 minute presentations at our County Senior
Center as part of a Senior Education Program held each fall. There are 37
folks registered for my session. Should be fun.
