I went to the USPS website this morning to see how to get Andy's picture on a stamp - there's no place for it! Then I went to the Post Office in town and asked how you could go about it - they hadn't any idea - the fellow said he didn't know that the USPS was going to put living people's pictures on stamps! He said "other countries do it, but not us" Has anybody had any success with this? Things get curiouser and curiouser - yep they do!
