I am a medical courier for my hometown hospital.I service several satellite
clinics in a three
county area.Yesterday,one of the clinics was vandalized/robbed.Someone gained
entry by
throwing a large rock through a window.
Ernest T immediately came to mind,with one exception...this person also stole
meds and
money.Ernest T was a bit cantankerous,mischevious,and ornery...but he was not a
thief.
Had old 'Barn been assigned the case,he would have gingerly removed the rock
with his
hankerchief and the thief would be incarcerated within twenty four hours.I will
observe
how the local constables handle it.I'm sure they will handle the case
adequately,but not
with the flair of super sleuth Bernard P. Fife MD.
