Another familiar face from TV and film has died. Character actor Leonard Stone (WILLY WONKA's Mr. Beauregarde) was 87. A familiar face in hundreds of guest roles during the 60s - 80s, e.g., M*A*S*H, L.A. LAW, LOST IN SPACE, BARNEY MILLER, GUNSMOKE, ALICE, MANNIX, MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE, etc.
Mr. Stone appeared in two episodes of USMC, "Win-A-Date" and "A Dog Is a Dog Is a Dog," Andy Griffith's ANGEL IN MY POCKET (1969) and Don Knotts' THE SHAKIEST GUN IN THE WEST (1968).
