Recently my daughter, who works in the HR department of a local business, was having some issues with an employee. The young man showed great promise in his interview but after he was hired, he was late several times to work. My daughter was discussing this problem with the young man's supervisor and said "We've got to nip this in the bud!!" She was so proud of herself for channeling her inner Barney and, knowing what a huge TAGS fan I am, she had to call and tell me. I'm very proud of her!!
