Had the opportunity to spend a morning last week at the Andy Griffith Museum in Mt. Airy. What a wonderful tribute to Andy and the show. Emmett Forrest, Andy's lifelong friend and curator of the museum was there and took the time to visit with us. It was truly an awesome experience. Grabbed a quick bite at the Snappy Lunch and my time in Mayberry was up. My wife was teasing me about this trip being a pilgrimage, she may have been right. Many of you on the digest have been to Mt Airy and Mayberry Days, I hope that one of these years I can join you!
