I know all of us watch Andy because it takes us back to a simplier time, less
worries, less troubles.
But, I wonder if there are any more viewers like myself who find themselves
bringing TAGS into today's world as they watch the show?This morning our local
station was playing the episode with Opie and Cynthia (It was pass
interference). About half way through the show, Opie and Cynthia try to jump
over Goober's grease pit. Cynthia makes it, but Opie falls into the grease
pit. Goober rushes over and pulls Opie out and starts to clean him off.
Then Opie went home. >>I found myself thinking, boy if that were 2012, first
thing that would happen would be Andy suing Wally's for about 3 million
dollars. Then here would come OSHA to shut down the gas station and put
Goober out of work.>All in all, it makes me glad that I grew up with TAGS, and
not now a days.>> Orville Hendricks - Peddling Butter and Eggs in Mt. Pilot.
It's a wonder the feds have not closed down my egg business.
