I decided to see if a fresh Georgia peach could be peeled without breaking the peel, like an apple. My attempt failed very early in this experiment. After wondering what causes that, I ran this by the boys at the lab and came up with 3 conclusions (A) peaches are about as much like apples as dogs are like giraffes (2) this only works when there is someone around to say "congratulations" and (C) it must be your gauge
