I put a trashcan on my head and started to think... TAGS is on so many different networks both national and local, I wonder how many times a day TAGS is NOT on anywhere in the US or the world. My hunch would be at least half the day it's on somewhere in the country (guessing the hours between 3:00am eastern and 6:00am eastern might be the worst time to find it because that's midnight to 3:00am west coast time). By 6:00am I'm sure it's on, just in time for Barney to watch it during breakfast at the Y.
