I'm pretty sure that 99% of the time, the interiors seen on TAGS were sets constructed just for filming, but it is possible that some scenes were shot in real locations. For example, a large set like the lodge meeting hall would be expensive to build, so in a case like that it would be much faster and cheaper to find an existing structure and secure permission to shoot there. Sets like the church interior were likely generic sets that could have been used by several different TV shows.
The Taylor home, courthouse and barber shop were all permanent sets (I'm just talking about the interiors), but for places that we only saw once or twice, like the inside of Thelma Lou's or John Masters' house, they would have just put something together quickly and then dismantled it when they were finished. One piece in particular that pops up in various places (and even on other TV shows) is an unusual oval-shaped window, with a design that looks like wagon wheel spokes. I haven't kept a written record or anything, but I seem to remember seeing it in Helen's classroom and Mrs. Wiley's house, among other places. Sometimes it has a sheer curtain covering it.
