The scene where Barney makes uncouth remarks about a woman comes in The Manicurist. When the manicurist steps off the bus and all the men in the barber shop are ogling her, Mayor Pike asks Barney, "You're a bachelor. Do you think you could handle a girl like that?," and the deputy replies, "I'd be inclined to treat a girl like that a little bit rough. Ya know, let her know who's boss. Rough her up a little bit."
A similar scene that always makes me laugh is when Briscoe Darling asks his daughter, "How many young girls do you know [who have] got a wood floor and a husband that hardly ever hits you?"
