Just sort your results on Birth Date, and you will see the oldest to most recent birth dates for the cast members. ?This is much easier than using IMDB! After she unloaded all her food I noticed several bags of candy under her purse. When I asked her if she wanted them she got all flustered and said,"Oh no I could have walked away with those and the police would be called." At that point I took my Barney Fife Drivers License ID out of my pocket and showed it to her and said I was working undercover. She laughed and then looked at me and said, "Oh, you are that guy with the squad car." I just love it when those unplanned Mayberry moments pop up out of nowhere. -- Ken Anderson The Mayberry Guru 2906 May Street Eau Claire, Wisconsin 54701 www.mayberryreflections.com ------------------------------ Message: 5 Date: Tue, 18 Sep 2012 20:25:18 -0400 From: Rick Grimsley <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Subject: Mayberry Days Tickets Message-ID: <[email protected]> Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Hey all. I regret that I can't make this year's Mayberry Days. I have attended for 20 years in a row. I do have 2 tickets to the Doug Dillard Tribute Friday night and 2 tickets to Colonel Tim's Talent Time Saturday night. If anyone is in need of tickets email me. I will give you a good deal. The oldest living person still alive who acted in TAGS is William Schallert, who was born 7-6-1922. That would make him 90. He played Sam Becker ( That strange duck) in episode 29 Quiet Sam.?Thanks to Allen or I mean Floyd for the help. See all of you next week in Mayberry. I can't wait. Shazam. At some early point somebody decided that name wasn't quite right, so they "took a think" and came up with Andy Taylor instead. What is not mentioned in the article, though, is that Andy Griffith's grandmother was named Taylor. Surely this fact figured into the decision. Always room for more if you have something you'd like to donate. I'll put out another request for some help on Saturday during the auction. I've heard from a couple "regulars" who are unable to attend this year. http://www.surryarts.org/mayberrydays/mdauction.html? It's BIG!
