Aunt Bee doesn't work outside the house and earns no income so doesn't file a
tax return. Andy does and claims her as a dependent. That's my take and I'm
sticking to it. Also, IRS has addresses or no one would ever get a tax refund
so why doesn't the tax man just go to that address?
