I would have to suggest the episode Mayberry Goes Hollywood. Eigth graders are 
unique. Almost all of them have insecurities and doubts about their impending 
adulthood and they're trying to grow up faster than nature will allow. Most 
young teens hide these feelings behind a facade, just like the town folks do 
when they think they are going to become famous, until they are shown it's not 
who you pretend to be that makes you who you are.  Not only do you get a small 
town feel when Andy takes the producer around town, but you see a 
transformation from down home folksy to uppity up-town attitudes and back to 
small town Mayberry, just the way we love it. Anyway, I think eigth graders can 
relate......That's my suggestion, and I'm sticking to it :)
