You member the "Cousin Virgil" episode where they had to get Otis out of the jail because he had an interview for a job at the feed mill. Otis did make it to the feed mill and had the interview. But he didn't get the job. He was sent in for a random drug test and it came back positive. They found traces of blood in his alcohol system.
