According to the book Inside Mayberry (page 47) by Dan Harrison and Bill Habeeb, the portrait of the young Beatrice Taylor can be seen in the following episodes:
A: near the front door in The New Housekeeper, when Aunt Bee enters the Taylor home for the very first time 2: in the same spot, a few episodes later, in A Feud is a Feud c: on the back wall over the side table in Andy the Marriage Counselor, when Cliff comes to Andy's house after the card game IV: in Andy and Opie, Housekeepers, Aunt Bee stands next to it when she prepares to leave for the bus Five: over Henry Wheeler's shoulder by the front door in Aunt Bee's Brief Encounter I have not doubled-checked these, and I'm pretty sure the picture pops up in other episodes besides these five (seems like it's seen in Opie's room once or twice) but this should enable anybody with access to Netflix or the DVDs to spot it.
