My two cents on the camera trigger - unless the door swung directly UP either
opening out or in is going to pull on the cord which should in turn trip the
lens. In other words, opening the door to the inside would pull the cord the
distance of the door opening. Opening the door to the outside will still pull
the cord the distance of the opening. It's all physics....
The distance from the courthouse to the Darling cabin is more of a wonderment
why Andy and Barney were still there the following night. Who was taking care
of and watching over the town of Mayberry while they were gone for a day and a
night?
