I am sure you folks have been anxiously awaiting an update on the novel that I read that mentioned a man getting beheaded when someone strung a wire across a pathway and he came through with his snowmobile. We recall that Aunt Bea suggested this as a way to get rid of Barney and his motorcycle. Well, a surprising event happened in the book. On page 135 a suspect was talking about the ineptness of Sheriff Doogie. He said, and I quote. " Kindred is a one horse town with a one horse sheriff, I might add. Your man Doogie acts like he just walked off the set of 'The Andy Griffith Show'. Then a few pages later a new character was introduced and his last name was Sprague. Strange things are going on in this book.
Now this brings me to a trivia question. We know Barney had a motorcycle.
