Barney was standing on the street corner yesterday talking with Mrs. Buntley about her twins. Suddently she picked up little Robert and heading into the store. She told Barney she had to change his diaper. Not being one to let anyone get away with anything in Mayberry, Barney wrote her out a citation for "Leaving the scene of an accident."
