Paul, I'm afraid I didn't catch what you're referring to, and I'll be interested to know what it is. I did notice something, but it surely is different from what you have in mind. During the opening scene when the squad car comes roaring into town, there appear to be only three people in the car, and the one in the passenger side of the front seat seems to be wearing a cap like Barney's. However, Barney was at the courthouse when Andy drove up, and with the four Gordon boys, there should have been five people in the squad car. That would be an inconsistency, but it's all I could come up with.
