Well old Ken spotted the continuity error in the episode "Andy The Matchmaker".
If you notice when Barney comes into the courthouse, he has a pair of
handcuffs hanging out of his left front pocket. While he is turning in
everything, you can see the handcuffs several times. Then the camera shifts
when Opie enters the courthouse. Then when the camera shifts back to Barney,
the handcuffs have disappeared. Barney did not turn them in, they are not on
the desk or in his pocket. The handcuffs have simply
vanished.........................................................
