I was back home visiting my parents this past week, and today (Saturday) I went
to the Pottery Festival in Clay City. (For those who don't know, Clay City,
Indiana, is the "Mayberry of the Midwest.") At the park was a nice car show.
I like old cars, so I looked at all the cars and took many pictures. In among
the cars was an old motorcycle with a sidecar. I don't know if this one was
used during World War I (there was no wooden plaque with a message burned into
with a bayonet tip, so I couldn't tell), but it sure was in a heap better shape
than Barney's motorcycle. It was real spiffy, and it didn't even need any
oilcloth to cover the seat. I think Andy would have been proud to ride in this
one!
