Hello All I am very disheartened to hear about Mt. Airy business' suffering due to the aging and passing on of the fans and actors. Are you kidding me? First, off, I know for a fact I am not aging. In fact I get younger every day. Everyone I talk to say they love Mayberry. All ages say this. Time marches on. But, Mayberry lives in everyone's heart. As keepers of the flame, we must keep the story out there and alive. I hear this all the time about Star Trek. Let me tell you, the folks who say this haven't been to a Star Trek Convention or Mt. airy Days. Ok I added my 2cents worth. I will get of my soapbox.
