The other day Ken mentioned that Helen wore a piece of jewelry that looked something like a star. I haven't checked that episode but there were times when she wore a metallic "turtle" brooch. With all four legs and the head sticking out, a turtle looks a little bit like a star. Ken, perhaps this was the piece you saw.
