I agree with Ken, I absolutely love the character of Warren. Sure, he was annoying at times, but he was supposed to be. From a story-telling standpoint, The Show had to have characters who would disagree with and stir up trouble for Andy (Mayor Stoner is another good example). Some of the scenes with Warren and Goober are priceless.
