That's an interesting observation. I will have to be on the lookout for the marquee from now on. Hypothetically, at least, they must have changed it. In "The Bank Job" episode when Barney is all worked up over lack of security at the bank, Andy suggests that he go across the street and watch them change the marquee on the movie theater because he knows Barney likes to do that.
