Otis was "weavin' and singin' and throwin' kisses to the world." How could this happen when both of the known stills were POW POWED by Barney? Clarabelle and Jennifer Morrison were pruning their begonias while preparing their "elixir for special occasions only." That's how! Clarabelle's reward for promising to stop preparing her elixir was going to be a bottle of witch hazel. This caused her kittenish behavior when Andy came out of Floyd's Barber shop, because "a lady never goes into a barber shop."
