Speaking of being well dressed, I remember when my mother, grandmother, great aunt, and quite a few other ladies around town, wore white gloves. In fact, as a little girl, I had a pair of white gloves. Watching TAGS, I believe I have seen Thelma Lou, Aunt Bee, Helen, Sharon Despain, and others wear white gloves. Probably Clara Edwards, too.
