Deputies numbers 1 and 3 couldn't get the right size hat. They exchanged a few times only to have them still look silly. I'm trying to remember in how many episodes Andy wore his hat. Barney always wore his. In fact he has been to known to be very fussy about it. "Don't touch my hat!" He said his mother was very fussy about her hat too.
