900 miles are about right!! You see, back then there won't none a'them fancy Innerstake highways so Barney had to get there the best way he could, which was to go east to rt. 17 down at the coast, then go uphill towards NYC and by going that a'way, 'tis about 900 miles, give er take a hunnert or so.
