This wonderful episode has a wide slice of life. Opie and his buddies forming a secret club, Jubel's skullduggery about what caused the fire in his barn and the honorable Opie not squealing were remarkable. The kicker was when Barney accidentally imbibed Jubel' s "elixir" and became so smashed, that Andy and Jubel had to help Barney back to the car.
